Rainer Ochsenkuehn is the President and Founder of ROC One Management Consultants. He is a recognized expert in developing and implementing management system solutions for sustainability-related challenges, and has presented and published numerous papers on management system implementation and integration, ISO 14001 certification, Responsible Care© and sustainability strategies. Rainer’s diverse background includes experience applying management system tools to link business sustainability with financial success. His background in engineering and finance brings unique perspectives to the field of sustainability. He has been involved in projects in a large variety of industries, including chemicals, petro-chemicals, automotive, aviation, energy, consumer products, electronics, manufacturing, retail and government, and has supported clients in North America, Europe, Middle East, Caribbean and Asia.

Rainer has co-developed and conducted the first RCMS© Auditor Certification training under the auspices of the American Chemistry Council and is an approved trainer for Responsible Care©, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 Lead Auditor training classes. He has worked as an expert on the World Resources Institute/World Business Council for Sustainable Development Technical Working Group for the development of product and supply chain Standards for the Greenhouse Gases accounting and reporting. He was chosen by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) as a leading US ISO 14001 expert and Lead Auditor for the Clean Technology Initiative (CTI) program in India.

Rainer is the Industry Advisor to the Montclair State University, New Jersey for sustainability related issues and course development.

Rainer has studied Business Administration and Industrial Engineering at the Technical University of Karlsruhe, Germany. He lives in Brooklyn, NY with his wife Sonja and two kids. Rainer is involved in his local community as a Charter Member of the Brooklyn Bridge Rotary Club.

Mr. McNally is an effective communicator and leader with extensive regulatory and technical expertise and a track record of success in leading culture change, management system implementation, EHS performance improvement and business integration.
