Rainer Ochsenkuehn is the President and Founder of ROC One Management Consultants. He is a recognized expert in developing and implementing management system solutions for sustainability-related challenges, and has presented and published numerous papers on management system implementation and integration, ISO 14001 certification, Responsible Care© and sustainability strategies. Rainer’s diverse background includes experience applying management system tools to link business sustainability with financial success. His background in engineering and finance brings unique perspectives to the field of sustainability. He has been involved in projects in a large variety of industries, including chemicals, petro-chemicals, automotive, aviation, energy, consumer products, electronics, manufacturing, retail and government, and has supported clients in North America, Europe, Middle East, Caribbean and Asia.
Rainer has co-developed and conducted the first RCMS© Auditor Certification training under the auspices of the American Chemistry Council and is an approved trainer for Responsible Care©, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 Lead Auditor training classes. He has worked as an expert on the World Resources Institute/World Business Council for Sustainable Development Technical Working Group for the development of product and supply chain Standards for the Greenhouse Gases accounting and reporting. He was chosen by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) as a leading US ISO 14001 expert and Lead Auditor for the Clean Technology Initiative (CTI) program in India.
Rainer is the Industry Advisor to the Montclair State University, New Jersey for sustainability related issues and course development.
Rainer has studied Business Administration and Industrial Engineering at the Technical University of Karlsruhe, Germany. He lives in Brooklyn, NY with his wife Sonja and two kids. Rainer is involved in his local community as a Charter Member of the Brooklyn Bridge Rotary Club.

He has 16 years direct working experience for a fortune 500 company (Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company) in the field of environmental, health and safety consulting. In addition, he has served as an adjust professor at both the University of Nebraska and Clemson University, located in Lincoln, NE and Clemson, SC respectively.
Michael McNally is a senior environmental, health & safety (EHS) professional with a broad base of experience and a strong track record of results in the specialty chemical, advanced materials and general manufacturing industries. For more than 23 years, he directed product stewardship, environmental, health and safety programs, compliance assurance, corporate governance, due diligence and risk management activities as the EHS leader for two multinational corporations, developing and coordinating both facility-level and corporate programs on a global basis. Mr. McNally is an effective communicator and leader with extensive regulatory and technical expertise and a track record of success in leading culture change, management system implementation, EHS performance improvement and business integration.
Deirdre Wilson has over twenty years EHS management experience in predominantly multinational industrial organizations, with a strong emphasis on EHS risk assessment, auditing, management systems, product stewardship, corporate reporting, and due diligence, in addition to ensuring EPA multi-media, OSHA & DOT compliance.
Bill Granville has more than 35-five years of experience working in the chemistry industry and has held various management positions in the areas of health & safety, government relations, crisis media communications and hazardous materials transportation. Mr. Granville managed the Responsible Care® compliance efforts for a Fortune 500 company and led the Responsible Care® Working Group consisting of key operations personnel from each business to develop implement and execute the application of Responsible Care best work processes to deliver results aligned with business goals.
Tim Clinton has more than 14 years of experience in IT, most of which focused within Information Security / Information Assurance (IS/IA) domains of knowledge; including, Risk Management, Security Program Management, Security Architecture, Telecommunications, Encryption, and NOC/SOC Operations within both the private sector and U.S. Government. Mr. Clinton’s demonstrated subject matter expertise in IA/IS managerial, operational, and technical contexts provide him with the necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities to assist any IA Program in driving effective implementation of cyber security risk mitigation and threat reduction activities and capabilities.
June C. Bolstridge has more than twenty-five years of experience in environmental engineering, and is certified as a Qualified Environmental Professional (QEP). Ms. Bolstridge’s work centers on the requirements for management, classification, and reporting of hazardous and toxic chemicals under national and international programs, including the U.S. Emergency Planning and Community Right-To-Know Act (EPCRA), the European program for Registration, Evaluation, and Authorization of CHemicals (REACH), the international Globally Harmonized Standard (GHS) for classification and labeling of chemicals, and the UN’s Strategic Approach to International Chemicals Management (SAICM).
