On average, our consultants have 8 years' plus management experience and our trainers and auditors are among the most seasoned anywhere, with an average of 12 years' experience of EHS management systems and the underlying business processes.

Jon Melkonian has over 16 years of consulting to both domestic and international companies in environmental, health and safety and quality. He has 16 years direct working experience for a fortune 500 company (Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company) in the field of environmental, health and safety consulting. In addition, he has served as an adjust professor at both the University of Nebraska and Clemson University, located in Lincoln, NE and Clemson, SC respectively.
Mr. Melkonian is an RABQSA certified lead auditor for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, Responsible Care (RC), which includes environment, health, safety and security requirements and ISO 14001 Environmental Management Systems as well as a TS 16949 automotive recognized lead auditor. All of the companies Jon has supported achieved certification with minimal nonconformances on the first attempt. He has performed over 300 certification audits for ISO 9001, TS 16949, ISO 14001, Responsible Care (RC) and OHSAS 18001 behalf of various third-party registrars.
Jon has extensive experience consulting in the Automotive, Chemical, Rubber and Textile Industries. His project work included writing procedures, performing gap analyses and internal audits, the development of customized training courses, and assisting the corporate EHS and Q staff with strategic planning for management system implementation. He has also developed an EHS and Q self-assessment program focused on performance measurement programs as well as an aspect and impact assessment database.
Mr. Melkonian's experience has included both general management principles, business environmental and quality systems; including more specific technical presentations such as experimental design (DOE) and failure mode and effect analysis (FMEA). His expertise focuses on a value added approach to integration of management strategies, expediting a resolution of complex natural resource issues going from system creation to full implementation.

Tim Burnett is a highly motivated Quality and EHS Leader with proven
success integrating systems from all organizational disciplines to achieve synergy, focus and cost effective operations by eliminating non-value added efforts in challenging manufacturing environments. He maintains excellent interpersonal and communication skills with an interactive management style and ability to achieve win/win problem resolutions. His aggressive problem solving abilities promote a keen appreciation for detail and quality of product. He is recognized continually as a proven trainer with the ability to communicate technical information.
Mr. Burnett's expertise stems from leading various ISO 9001, TL9000, QS-9000, TS-16949, ISO 14001, RC14001 implementation projects as an accomplished program manager, trainer and auditor. He is also an RABQSA certified Lead Auditor of quality, environmental and Responsible Care management systems at both manufacturing and supplier levels and works in this function for various international registrars.

June C. Bolstridge has more than twenty-five years of experience in
environmental engineering, and is certified as a Qualified Environmental Professional (QEP). Ms. Bolstridge's work centers on the requirements for management, classification, and reporting of hazardous and toxic chemicals under national and international programs, including the U.S. Emergency Planning and Community Right-To-Know Act (EPCRA), the European program for Registration, Evaluation, and Authorization of CHemicals (REACH), the international Globally Harmonized Standard (GHS) for classification and labeling of chemicals, and the UN’s Strategic Approach to International Chemicals Management (SAICM).
Ms. Bolstridge provides legislative updates and technical analysis of U.S. and EU developments to environmental, health, and safety directors and vice presidents of international corporations, including through presentations, newsletters, and her EHS-World internet site. Ms. Bolstridge has developed and presented numerous technical courses and tailored workshops for industry personnel; and EPA's official Toxic Release Inventory course for industry, EPA Regions, and Hotline; as well as training for news media, consultants, military personnel, and trade associations.
June provides chemical compliance assistance, site review, and audit support to commercial industries and government agencies, including operations in: composites, aerospace, commercial aviation, automotive, telecommunications, metal forming and finishing, metal fabrication, paints and coatings, pharmaceuticals, petroleum refining, coal and metal ore mining, smelting, wood products, medical devices, baking, leather, rubber, and waste neutralization and incineration.

Joe Lojko is our most recent hire at ROC One's New Jersey office. He graduated from Montclair State University with a degree in Business Administration in 2011. His career started at ROC One working as an international project manager and office administrator, providing our consultants exactly what they need to complete our auditing and training activities. Joe also serves as ROC One’s liaison to our Organizational Stakeholder (OS) commitment with the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI).
Mr. Lojko’s experience lies heavily in RCMS/RC14001 & ISO 14001, already participating in multiple successful 3rd party audits since his start with ROC One. With his results oriented drive and hands on approach, Joe’s contributions have been essential in supporting the success and quality of ROC One projects since the start of his employment.
Khurram Zaman has over 10 years of overall industry experience including 7 years in various manufacturing roles. He has successfully implemented various sustainability projects. These projects include GRI based sustainability reporting, GHG – inventory quantification; scope1, 2 & 3 (GHG protocol / ISO 14064-1/2), carbon & energy management systems (ISO 14064 / EN 16001), product foot printing (PAS 2050), clean development mechanism (CDM), and carbon disclosure projects (CDP). Khurram has experience in establishing quality, environmental, energy, EHS, and content based management systems.
His background has focused on the use of: Project Management, Six Sigma & Lean Manufacturing principles, GHG Inventory Quantification & Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design (LEED) for sustainability in business. He has an in-depth experience of project management methodologies, process and product implementation, regulatory compliances, and strategic planning.

Christy Magerkurth has over 13 years experience in the environmental field.
She has extensive experience in environmental management systems, climate change strategy, greenhouse gas inventory development and verification for both entities and offset projects, and corporate sustainability programs and reporting.
Ms. Magerkurth’s experience is drawn from industry as a member of a corporate environmental, health and safety group for a national utility and from consulting for a wide variety of clients, including chemical, power production and transmission, natural gas, waste management, petrochemical, pulp and paper, food and beverage, electronics, airports, and local government. In addition, she has consulted for or verified carbon offset projects representing wind power, energy efficiency, agricultural methane, landfill gas, organic waste, enhanced oil recovery, and ozone depleting substances.
Christina is a licensed professional engineer with additional experience in site investigation and remediation, environmental litigation support, due diligence and environmental compliance. She received her Bachelor of Science degree (Environmental Engineering) from the California Institute of Technology and her Master of Engineering degree (Environmental Management) from Cornell University.

Deirdre Wilson has over twenty years EHS management experience in predominantly multinational industrial organizations, with a strong emphasis on EHS risk assessment, auditing, management systems, product stewardship, corporate reporting, and due diligence, in addition to ensuring EPA multi-media, OSHA & DOT compliance.
Ms. Wilson’s involvement with the World Environment Center (WEC) evolved into fostering strategic alliances with companies to advance sustainability and EHS best practices. In this capacity the focus is beyond compliance to include sustainable development principles integration and reporting; action planning; strategy development; auditing and EHS management systems and performance evaluation. Work settings span several sectors in areas as varied as power plants and coffee plantations. She has been involved with the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) since its inception and in currently an Organizational Stakeholder.
Experience with climate change strategy and greenhouse gas inventory design, development and verification has led to her present involvement with the WRI-WBCSD GHG Technical Working Group to develop a protocol for Product Life Cycle emissions reporting.
